Villa Location

House Rules

  • Check-in after : 01 PM
  • Check-out before : 11 AM
  • Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
  • The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
  • Security Deposit: INR 10000 per night
  • Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.
  • Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items guests may need
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables
  • Check-in time will be 01:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of The Rentalgram, with additional charges. 15 minutes gestation period would be given for check out (Upto 11:15am on the day of check out, post which INR 5000 per hour would be payable by the guest). Hence, all guest’s cooperation in a smooth check in & check out is appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests made more than 21 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded. (For eg: If the check in is on 25th December and a cancellation is made on 30th November, 100% refund would be provided)
  • Cancellation requests made within 21 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the booking amount will be charged as the booking would become non-refundable. Hence, no refund would be provided. (For eg: If the check in is on 25th December and a cancellation is made on 10th December, no refund would be provided)
  • Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. If a partial payment has been made, no refund will be provided.
  • Above cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. To know the peak or blackout dates, please contact us or check the Terms & Conditions.

Payment Policy

  • To confirm a booking, 50% of the total reservation amount needs to be paid. (For eg: If a guest is inquiring on 01st December and want to confirm a booking for check in on 25th December, 50% needs to be paid on 01st December)
  • Balance payment: To re-confirm a booking, the balance 50% of the total reservation amount needs to be paid 21 days prior to the check in date. (For eg: If you have made the booking on 01st December and paid the advance 50% of the total reservation amount on 01st December for check in on 25th December, the balance 50% of the total reservation amount on or before 04th December)
  • If the booking date is within 21 days of the check in date, then 100% payment needs to be made to confirm the booking.

Pet Policy

  • Most of our villas can accommodate pets provided they are free of fleas or ticks. All pets must be dewormed and have their vaccinations up-to-date.
  • Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and dispose of waste. Our housekeepers would politely remind you to do so.
  • Pets are not allowed on any furniture. We welcome you bringing your pets’ own bed so they have a familiar place to sleep in.
  • Housekeeping have been instructed not to enter any room in the villa that has an unattended pet. Guests must contact the housekeeping team to schedule a convenient time to have their room cleaned.
  • The Rentalgram absolves itself of any responsibility regarding pets, which are considered exclusively the responsibility of the owner.
  • Any damages will be covered in full by the pet owner before check-out. We request owners to respect the peace and security of other guests and staff at all times.
  • Pets are prohibited from entering the swimming pool at all times.
  • Guests are also requested to bring their pets own linen (including towels) to clean them. Charges would be applicable if any linen item is found soiled.
